Over the 26+ years we've blended several Breakfast Blends that have been awesome....those are all still available, as we have many more coffee offerings than our website reflects.  There is a certain lesson in overwhelming choices we try to avoid.  We call this our "serious" blend because once we sipped this ratio of blending....we think this is the ultimate of all blends we've done.  Think of Goldilocks and the Three Bears....she nailed it when she'd expound on finding what was "just right"; if only she'd also checked out their kitchen and investigated the coffee situation there.  This is our best selling medium roast unflavored choice.
