Medium Roast. Whether you drink Bourbon or not....it is ALWAYS a great background in cooking....in soups, desserts, sauces. As a background in roasted coffee, it is a comfort flavor. This roast sells fast; hard to keep in stock (but we do!). Enjoy. This will not disappoint.
